      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Support the field with ad hoc requests and report builds while identifying process inefficiencies
      - Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer adoption and retention
      - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and efficiency within the Customer Success department
      - Analyze customer data and feedback to identify areas for improvement and drive actionable insights
      - Track leading indicators of renewals and upsell, analyzing them to understand performance

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 2+ years of experience in an operational post-sale function
      - Project management experience
      - Experience working at a similar size organization
      - Cross-functional experience and stakeholder management
      - Technical experience with tools like SFDC and Looker/Tableau is ideal

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Customer Success proficiency is ideal, but not mandatory
      - Strong communication and collaboration skills
      - Demonstrated analytical and strategic thinking abilities
      - Proven ownership and impact in previous roles
      - Technical proficiency in relevant software tools
