      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 5 years of experience in Customer Success Operations, Revenue Operations, or related roles in a SaaS company
      - Proven experience managing a Customer Success tech stack
      - Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making
      - Demonstrated ability to optimize processes and implement scalable workflows
      - Excellent communication skills and detail-oriented organizational abilities

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment
      - Familiarity with tools like Gainsight, Totango, or ChurnZero
      - Proven track record of cross-functional collaboration with Sales and Product teams
