What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage the entire renewal lifecycle, ensuring all opportunities are created, assigned, and tracked in the CRM system
- Analyze customer usage data to support renewal discussions and identify contracts needing updates
- Lead renewal pipeline review meetings with key stakeholders and maintain comprehensive renewal risk assessments
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, Finance, and Legal teams to enhance the renewal process
- Implement automation opportunities to streamline renewal efficiency and conduct analyses of renewal trends
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in SaaS operations, revenue operations, or customer success operations
- Strong understanding of subscription business models and renewal processes
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Proven experience with CRM systems and maintaining data integrity
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in customer-facing roles is a plus
- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM platforms for tracking renewals
- Familiarity with BI tools such as Power BI or Looker for dashboard creation
- Knowledge of billing systems and their integration with CRM platforms
- Strong project management skills with an attention to detail
