      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Serve as the strategic communication liaison between customers and the service team
      - Identify a customer’s unique needs, goals, and challenges in the title and escrow process
      - Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes for an improved customer closing experience
      - Onboard new customers, guiding them through a systematic process to facilitate decision-making
      - Assist customers with technical inquiries and troubleshoot issues promptly

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
      - 6-10 years of directly related experience
      - 3+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Title Insurance, or a related role
      - Proven track record of superior customer service
      - Advanced to Expert level MS Excel knowledge

      - Experience managing relationships in complex organizations, specifically within large enterprises
      - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to identify unique solutions to complex problems
      - Excellent verbal and written communication skills with internal and external customers
