      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop strong consultative relationships with clients to understand their business objectives and how the employer can meet their needs
      - Manage a high volume of incoming and outgoing calls, chats, and emails
      - Identify and assess customer needs to ensure satisfaction and retention
      - Resolve customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions while maintaining accurate records in the company CRM
      - Proactively learn about products and services to offer tailored support and generate sales leads

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Experience in providing outstanding customer service and fostering customer satisfaction
      - Strong communication skills with an emphasis on empathy, patience, and active listening
      - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume call center environment
      - Proficient technical skills related to the product or service offered
      - Bachelor's degree in sales, communications, or a related field, or relevant experience
