What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide timely and efficient application and basic technical support to existing customers via phone, web, or email
- Manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while setting priorities and completing assignments on time
- Deliver courteous and professional communication to ensure an A+ customer experience
- Provide basic training to customers on installed products
- Participate in after-hours support on-call program as needed
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Proven track record of exceeding established goals and objectives
- Strong organizational, time-management, attention to detail, and interpersonal skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience with CRM software, particularly Salesforce.com
- Enthusiastic personality and ability to work as a team player with a customer-focused attitude
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Knowledge of POS Applications such as Micros/GEMpos
- Strong background in Microsoft Windows operating systems
- BS/BA in a related field (Business or Technical) is recommended but not required
- Knowledge of Microsoft SQL is a plus
- Experience in the food service or nutrition field is highly regarded
