      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Enhance customer satisfaction by improving efficiency among Customer Success Managers (CSMs) and reducing client cancellations
      - Collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-quality solutions and drive deeper customer engagement
      - Provide continuous enablement and proactive technical support to clients
      - Act as a trusted advisor to dealership management, ensuring effective utilization of CDK products
      - Mentor associates and promote a culture of continuous improvement within the Customer Success team

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 6 years of automotive industry experience
      - At least 6 years in a customer-facing role
      - Technical expertise in CDK DMS Variable Operation
      - Comprehensive knowledge of dealership workflows, accounting operations, and front-end sales
      - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - 6 years of dealership industry experience
      - 4+ years of experience in enterprise software solutions engineering, consulting, or architecture
      - Familiarity with web infrastructure and software development best practices
      - SaaS experience is preferred
