      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide customer service by answering calls and responding to inquiries from policyholders, medical providers, and sales agents regarding life, health, and ancillary insurance policies
      - Process changes related to premiums, deductibles, and terminations while ensuring compliance with privacy regulations
      - Document customer claims and maintain accurate records to fulfill requests from policyholders and providers
      - Research and collaborate with internal departments to resolve complaints and concerns, escalating complex issues as necessary
      - Train and mentor less experienced customer success representatives, offering coaching and support

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High school diploma or GED equivalence
      - Minimum of 1 year of customer service or related experience
      - Familiarity with customer success principles and processes
      - Strong verbal and written communication skills with effective listening abilities
      - General knowledge of MS Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook)

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in the insurance industry is a plus
      - Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain metrics as a Customer Success Specialist
      - Proven ability to effectively manage time and prioritize tasks
      - Familiarity with privacy regulations related to policyholders and medical providers
