What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead the initial onboarding process for new users, ensuring a smooth transition and high adoption of the employer's dashboard
- Conduct initial investigations into customer inquiries to identify needs related to user education, workflow preferences, or technical issues
- Facilitate delivery of product training and tool tutorials for effective usage by the team and clients
- Monitor customer usage and proactively provide "refresher" training for underutilized features
- Create and maintain easy-to-understand "how-to" guides for non-technical audiences
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 0-3 years of experience in customer success, technical support, marketing, communications, or a relevant field (preferably within media)
- BA/BS degree required, preferably in Marketing/PR, Communications, Journalism, or English
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a natural ability to teach and simplify complex concepts
- Familiarity with major social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, X (formerly Twitter), and LinkedIn
- Proficient in the Google Suite of programs (Docs, Slides, Sheets) and/or Excel
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a customer success or technical support role within the media industry
- Strong attention to detail and organized time management skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to learn and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
