      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage a portfolio of customers to ensure strong customer health and adoption, while achieving retention revenue targets
      - Develop success plans and build long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders and executive sponsors
      - Maintain data integrity and analyze key metrics to provide recommendations for maximizing revenue
      - Become an expert on the In-Store platform and assist clients in optimizing their investment
      - Collaborate with various teams across the In-Store division to deliver quality products and services

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 2 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a related customer-facing role
      - Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels
      - Proven ability to manage multiple priorities or projects simultaneously with attention to detail
      - Customer-first mindset with a passion for helping businesses succeed
      - Experience working collaboratively in cross-functional environments focused on customer outcomes

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in the hospitality industry or with In-Store solutions
      - Familiarity with data analysis and performance metrics
      - Ability to travel for in-person collaboration and training events
      - Demonstrated problem-solving skills in a customer-centric environment
