      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage the end-to-end success of partner sites, from onboarding to renewals and retention
      - Build and maintain strong relationships with partner stakeholders to ensure satisfaction
      - Tailor enrichment program recommendations to meet partner goals and community needs
      - Oversee daily operations and provide ongoing support to service providers
      - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize account performance and drive strategic initiatives

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree required
      - 5+ years of experience in school operations or account management, including 3+ years in a leadership or management role
      - Proven ability to manage high-value accounts and drive business outcomes
      - Strong proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and familiarity with tools like Asana and HubSpot
      - Excellent communication skills with a strong attention to detail
