What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as the primary relationship owner for a portfolio of farmers, providing guidance from onboarding through verification and renewal
- Communicate the verification process and ensure farmers understand their path to success
- Drive operational excellence by refining the farmer journey and maintaining CRM data (Salesforce)
- Lead new farmer onboarding and training to ensure effective use of Regenified's tools
- Act as a bridge between farmers and internal teams to address issues and improve the program
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a farmer-facing support role
- Hands-on experience in agriculture, agronomy, or a related field
- Proficiency in CRM tools, preferably Salesforce, and familiarity with process automation and KPI tracking
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and data-driven mindset
- Ability to interpret customer data and translate insights into actionable recommendations
