What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Respond to customer inquiries via Intercom (chat and tickets) with friendly and clear communication
- Create and maintain knowledge base articles to enhance customer service
- Collaborate with team members to resolve customer issues efficiently
- Assist in improving customer support processes and documentation
- Provide timely updates and feedback to customers regarding their inquiries
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be available to work during US Mountain Time (MT) hours
- Strong written communication skills in English
- Experience in customer support or a related field
- Proficiency with Intercom or similar customer support platforms
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in creating knowledge base articles
- Familiarity with remote work environments
- Additional language skills are a plus
