      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide technical support for inquiries and requests related to the employer's platforms via ticketing system, phone, and email
      - Maintain multiple ticketing queues/mailboxes alongside team members
      - Train key users and ensure ongoing support for system users
      - Complete integration of new carriers onto the platforms, coordinating system launches
      - Gather customer information and document all interactions through a ticketing tool

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Proficiency in Spanish and/or Portuguese
      - Bachelor of Business Administration and/or 2+ years in customer support
      - Solid understanding of system interfaces with other applications
      - Proficient in MS Office products and navigating internet resources
      - Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
