What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

What is Required (Qualifications):
- At least 1 year of experience in customer or technical support (remote or on-site)
- Fluent in English (written and verbal); additional languages are a plus
- Willing and available to work in rotating shifts, including overnight, weekends, and holidays
- Strong problem-solving skills and a calm approach under pressure
- Reliable internet connection and a distraction-free work environment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in tech or SaaS customer support
- Familiarity with tools like Zendesk, Intercom, or Freshdesk
- Basic knowledge of web and app environments (e.g., browsers, APIs, logins)
- Previous remote work experience in a 24/7 support structure
