      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide assistance and support to the Bob Hogue School of Real Estate support team and student base
      - Answer incoming phone calls, provide product information, and enroll students in study programs
      - Provide technical support to students, including system log-in assistance and navigating online courses
      - Process course materials, administer tests, and maintain student database records
      - Assist with training and support for new hires and communicate with local Real Estate Association Boards

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Some college required
      - Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
      - Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
      - Multitasking and organizational skills to manage a high volume of calls and emails daily
      - Effective time-management skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in a customer support role within the education or real estate industry
      - Familiarity with real estate licensing processes and state regulations
      - Previous experience with database management systems
