What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Acquire extensive knowledge of the employer's platform and products to effectively support users
- Quickly address and resolve client issues through phone, email, chat, and Zoom, ensuring first-class support
- Conduct implementation and migration of client messaging data to ensure a seamless transition
- Coordinate with Cloud Communication Platform providers for the successful launch of new accounts
- Onboard and train users to utilize the employer's platform and features effectively
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Customer Support, preferably in a SAAS environment
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong analytical abilities, particularly with Google Sheets, Excel, and data management software
- Superior time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work autonomously and solve problems independently in a fast-paced startup setting
