What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Become a product expert and maintain a high level of product knowledge to assist customers and colleagues
- Take charge of customer issues from start to finish in a dynamic environment
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via email, chat, or video conferencing
- Resolve product or service issues by understanding customer complaints and determining the best solutions
- Document and track customer interactions using the company's CRM system
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree
- 0-3 years of work experience
- Ability to work a shift between the hours of 6:30 PM IST - 7:00 AM IST (any 9-hour shift)
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal (in English)
- Prior customer support experience

- Demonstrated experience in problem-solving with attention to detail
- Time management skills and ability to prioritize
- Prior experience of working during night shifts
