      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide high-quality support to patients through email, chat, and occasional phone communication
      - Audit accounts to ensure compliance with established protocols
      - Evaluate customers' financial situations and negotiate repayment terms
      - Accurately input customer-related data and manage ad hoc email correspondence
      - Report weekly to Team Lead on accomplishments and performance goals

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Previous customer support experience preferred (email, chat, or call center)
      - Strong written and verbal communication skills
      - Ability to navigate multiple systems and maintain accurate account documentation
      - Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
      - Beginner-Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel
