      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop expertise in the employer's products and services and actively share knowledge with customers
      - Achieve individual and team service level goals
      - Track and document all customer inquiries and resolutions in SalesForce.com
      - Identify and escalate necessary customer inquiries and issues to Tier 2 Support, Product, and Technical Support teams
      - Assist with various tasks and inquiries from customers, including dealers and consumers

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of one year of work experience required; college degree preferred
      - Prior customer service experience or experience in service industries preferred
      - Excellent time management, organizational, and prioritization skills
      - Strong verbal and written communication skills
      - Customer-focused with a positive attitude and ability to work with a diverse customer base

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Familiarity with online media and tools
      - Greater technical aptitude preferred
      - Ability to learn quickly and adapt to change
      - Flexibility to work weekend and/or evening shifts
