  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Manage daily customs clearance operations for ocean, air, rail, and truck cross-border shipments
  - Prepare import documentation to ensure timely release and delivery of orders
  - Collaborate with freight forwarders, sellers, and vendors to ensure proper shipment and document preparation
  - Monitor clearance status and manage issue escalation
  - Verify completeness and accuracy of information and documentation upon onboarding customers
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - Minimum 2+ years of customs entry writing experience with a proven track record handling complex, high-value shipments
  - Experience in international logistics, cross-border transportation, and supply chain, or U.S. Customs rules and regulations
  - High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in logistics, transportation, supply chain, or business preferred
  - Experience performing accurate data entry and analysis
  - Basic knowledge of Excel (e.g., UX navigation, math & logical functions, lookup functions, etc.)
  
  How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  - Licensed customs broker
  - Experience in customs operations
  - Strong attention to detail and customer-focused mindset
  - Ability to work overtime as required
  - Proven ability to meet daily/weekly KPI targets for entry submission and accuracy
