      **What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):**
      - Perform a wide variety of administrative duties to support compliance processes
      - Review compliance documents for accuracy and run monthly/annual reports, sending alerts to clients as necessary
      - Process billing and refund check requests, including creating customer invoices and monitoring the refund check process
      - Assist with post-entry services such as protests, post-summary corrections, and voluntary tenders
      - Ensure compliance with specific policies and procedures based on departmental tasks

      **What is Required (Qualifications):**
      - High School Diploma or GED
      - 2 or more years of Customs Brokerage experience
      - Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
      - Excellent customer service skills, including the ability to manage difficult situations
      - Ability to work independently and handle a large volume of work while meeting deadlines

      **How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):**
      - Experience with Deringer operating systems or similar compliance software
      - Proven ability to build relationships and work collaboratively within a team
      - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to develop alternative solutions
