  Job Title: Cutover Manager - Microsoft D365

  Location: Toronto, ON – Hybrid

  Long Term Contract

  Job description:

  Experience:

  · 8+ years of experience in IT project management, with at least 3+ years specializing in cutover planning and execution for large-scale ERP or system transformation projects.

  · Prior experience in managing complex cutover strategies across multiple workstreams.

  · Proven track record in large-scale IT system migrations, enterprise application rollouts, or cloud transformations.

  Technical & Functional Skills:

  · Expertise in cutover planning, execution, and post-go-live support for ERP implementations (SAP, Oracle, Workday, or other enterprise platforms).

  · Strong understanding of system integrations, data migration strategies, and business continuity planning.

  · Hands-on experience with tools such as Microsoft Project, JIRA, ServiceNow, or equivalent project tracking tools.

  Project & Stakeholder Management:

  · Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams, including IT, business, and third-party vendors, to develop and execute cutover plans.

  · Skilled in risk assessment, dependency mapping, and issue resolution during cutover activities.

  · Excellent communication skills to engage leadership and key stakeholders throughout the transition process.
