What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist in teaching and supporting students in the Genetic Counseling program
- Collaborate with faculty to enhance educational experiences
- Participate in the development of course materials and instructional methods
- Engage in research activities relevant to genetic counseling
- Facilitate communication between students and faculty to ensure a supportive learning environment
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Proof of legal authority to work in the United States on the first day of employment
- Full vaccination against Covid-19 or an approved medical or religious exemption
- Relevant educational background in Genetic Counseling or related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to diversity and inclusion within the educational environment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in teaching or supporting students in a healthcare or academic setting
- Familiarity with genetic counseling concepts and practices
