What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Engage with internal departments and external stakeholders to understand business goals, objectives, and pain points
- Develop business rational cases and proposals to support business initiatives
- Gather and analyze functional and technical requirements for projects and systems
- Analyze current business and customer processes to identify inefficiencies and design improved workflows
- Communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders to ensure alignment and manage expectations
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience working in a Business Analyst role
- Strong analytical skills to analyze complex information and develop solutions
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for stakeholder interaction
- Familiarity with IT systems, software applications, and data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, and Tableau
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects and tasks effectively
