      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Drive sustainable business growth by generating new operator wins in a designated geographic market
      - Collaborate with Territory Development Managers to schedule customer meetings and facilitate culinary ideations
      - Implement Account Based Marketing strategies to follow up on customer leads from marketing campaigns
      - Analyze sales data to prioritize customer actions and prevent lapses in loyalty
      - Conduct virtual culinary consultations and demonstrations to engage potential business partners

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 2-3 years of experience in the food service industry
      - Proven sales track record, preferably within the food service sector
      - Strong analytical skills with experience in digital and data analysis
      - Proficient in Excel, MS Office, and Power BI
      - Ability to embody Unilever's performance behaviors, including strategic thinking and excellence in delivery

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with CRM systems like Salesforce
      - Familiarity with omni-channel marketing strategies
      - Previous experience in building relationships with trade partners and distributor sales representatives
