What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage electrical and specialty systems QAQC and commissioning scopes of work
- Develop the QAQC/Cx scope, schedule, and budget, ensuring accuracy with the Estimating Department
- Create and implement the QAQC/Cx safety plan in collaboration with internal safety departments
- Coordinate daily startup and commissioning activities, leading various project meetings
- Manage QAQC/Cx issues logs and collaborate with responsible parties to resolve issues
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent technical training/experience
- Minimum of 5 years of Project Management, Construction Management, Project Engineering, or Commissioning Management experience
- At least 8 years of commissioning/start-up experience for electrical and/or mechanical systems
- Experience leading commissioning/start-up activities for construction projects with a contract value exceeding $25MM
- Proficiency in using a PC, Microsoft Office Suite, and Google G-Suite
