  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Monitor security alerts and events across various security platforms such as Azure/M365 and CrowdStrike Falcon
  - Perform initial triage, classification, and escalation of security events based on established procedures
  - Analyze phishing emails, EDR alerts, and other security data to respond to security events
  - Document investigative steps clearly and consistently within JIRA, including findings and recommendations
  - Participate in shift turnover briefings and contribute to operational reporting
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - Bachelor's Degree or comparable qualifications in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
  - Knowledge of security event triage, threat indicators, and common attack techniques
  - Foundational understanding of networking, operating systems, and security principles
  - Ability to read and interpret logs from various security tools and platforms
  - Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail
  
  How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  - Familiarity with MITRE ATT&CK framework
  - Exposure to Azure/M365 Security, CrowdStrike Falcon, Elastic/Kibana, and JIRA
  - Ability to research new technologies and incorporate information into analytical processes
  - Experience working in a 24/7 Security Operations Center (SOC) environment
  - Strong written communication skills for documenting investigations
