      Everforth ECS is seeking a Cyber Security Specialist to work remotely. Please Note: This position is contingent upon contract award.

      EverForth ECS is seeking an experienced IT and Cyber Security Specialist to support the assessment of various processes, procedures and operational activities. The successful candidate will document the current state conditions through interviews and workshops, assess alternative organizational models, and develop a proposed future-state operating model and a transition plan.

      Potential for occasional travel to NOAA Marine Operations locations:
      • Silver Springs, MD
      • Norfolk, VA
      • Newport, RI


      Tasks will include:
      • Perform a current-state assessment on the operational, organizational, governance, and technology environments.
      • Analyze staffing models, resource utilization, organizational overlaps, gaps, and potential operational impacts.
      • Evaluate Operating Alternatives.
      • Conduct Financial & Lifecycle Analysis.
      • Assess Governance & Compliance Frameworks.
      • Evaluate Operational Technology & Navy Interoperability.
      • Optimize Business Processes & Service Delivery.
      • Design Future-State Operating Model.
      • Develop Transition Roadmap & Change Strategy.
      • Provide Continuous Executive Advisory Support.


      Salary Range: $50.00-$75.00

      • Must be a US Citizen.
      • Must be able to obtain a Public Trust Clearance.
      • Must have a Bachelor's degree.
      • 15+ years of related experience managing IT/technology projects.
      • Experience with IT Financial Management & Cost Modeling (TBM Framework).
      • Experience with Systems & Enterprise Architecture.
      • Experience with Process Engineering and Service Delivery.
      • Experience with federal Cybersecurity and Compliance (RMF, FISMA, CSAM, A&A).
      • Workshop facilitation skills.
