      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Monitor security alerts and incidents, investigating and responding promptly to potential security threats
      - Manage and support ongoing governance, risk, and compliance activities across the organization
      - Collaborate with IT and business units to ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations
      - Develop and maintain documentation for security policies, procedures, and standards
      - Perform risk assessments and audits, identifying vulnerabilities and recommending solutions for risk mitigation

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 4 years of experience in cybersecurity, risk management, or compliance roles, ideally within a SOC environment
      - Strong knowledge of security frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001) and governance, risk, and compliance practices
      - Experience with security monitoring tools and vulnerability assessment tools
      - Ability to conduct audits, risk assessments, and security compliance reviews
      - Familiarity with incident response processes and best practices

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Certifications such as CompTIA Security+, CISA, CISM, CISSP, or equivalent
      - Experience with SIEM tools like Splunk or Microsoft Sentinel
      - Familiarity with vulnerability management tools such as Qualys or Nessus
      - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and mitigate risks effectively
      - Excellent communication skills to present technical findings to diverse audiences
