      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Assist the Information Security team with security assessment and risk management, including evaluating current controls and recommending tools
      - Support threat detection and incident response using SOC platform and tools
      - Analyze large datasets to identify actionable insights and create reports/dashboards
      - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine the cybersecurity program and update documentation
      - Fulfill additional duties as assigned by the supervisor

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Demonstrated passion for cybersecurity and information technology
      - Understanding of vulnerability management and intrusion detection/prevention systems
      - Technical troubleshooting skills to analyze and resolve complex security issues
      - Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
      - Excellent attention to detail, communication, and organizational skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Interest in learning about endpoint detection and response (EDR) technologies
      - Ability to work independently and maintain professionalism in a customer service role
      - Experience using documentation and online resources for self-education on security trends
