      Digital & Technology (D&T) Manager HEX

      The HEINEKEN Experience (HEX) is seeking a Digital & Technology (D&T) Manager to lead and innovate the digital landscape of our iconic brand hub. This role combines strategic leadership with operational problem solving, ensuring HEX’s digital and technological processes are consumer-focused, cutting-edge, and fully aligned with HEINEKEN’s Global D&T strategy and the Heineken brand strategy.

      As D&T Manager, you’ll spearhead transformative initiatives while and drive seamless operations and enhance visitor experiences, all while safeguarding our commitments to safety, data privacy, and IT excellence.

      What will you do as a D&T Manager?

      • Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute the HEX D&T roadmap and annual plans in alignment with HEINEKEN’s global strategy, balancing business needs and emerging opportunities.
      • Operational Excellence: Oversee daily D&T operations, project implementations, and IT policy execution, ensuring efficiency and high performance across systems and infrastructure.
      • Digital Transformation: Lead digital transformation initiatives, introducing state-of-the-art solutions to elevate consumer engagement and internal processes.
      • Data Privacy & Security: Act as HEX’s Data Privacy and Security Officer, ensuring full compliance with GDPR and other relevant regulations.
      • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate across departments and external partners to identify needs, implement solutions, and foster a culture of innovation and connectivity.

      What will you bring?

      • Master’s degree, preferably in IT or Digital & Technology (D&T).
      • Advanced knowledge of IT and D&T infrastructure, including IT service management, Agile, and Scrum methodologies.
      • Multiple years in a similar position or at least 5 years experience in project management within the business/IT domain, with proven expertise in managing projects, processes, cross-functional collaboration, and budgets.
      • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with a proactive and innovative, consumer-centric mindset.
      • Demonstrated ability to align digital solutions with business strategies and lead transformative initiatives effectively.
      • Fluent level of English language
