What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Engage with potential customers through door-to-door interactions to present and promote the employer's latest offers
- Achieve sales targets while ensuring exceptional customer experiences through effective follow-up
- Facilitate the transition of customers to the employer's services, enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Utilize advanced negotiation skills to secure sales agreements and meet or exceed sales goals

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be at least 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States
- High School Diploma or GED is required; Bachelor's Degree in Business or Marketing is preferred
- Less than 2 years of experience in a direct sales or retail environment, particularly in telecommunications or consumer electronics
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a target-driven sales role
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for effective customer engagement
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Certification as a Certified Sales Professional (CSP) demonstrating knowledge in sales strategies and customer interaction
- Certification as a Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP) to enhance skills in training and performance improvement
- Experience presenting and explaining complex product offerings effectively to potential customers
