      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Engage with potential customers through door-to-door interactions to present service offerings and achieve sales targets
      - Conduct post-sales follow-up to ensure an exceptional customer experience
      - Articulate T-Mobile's products and services clearly to potential customers
      - Address customer inquiries and facilitate the integration into T-Mobile services
      - Employ effective negotiation techniques to secure sales agreements

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma or GED required
      - Less than 2 years of experience in direct sales or retail, preferably in telecommunications or consumer electronics
      - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a target-driven sales role
      - Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
      - Strong customer engagement and problem-solving abilities

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree in Business or Marketing
      - Certification as a Certified Sales Professional (CSP)
      - Certification as a Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP)
      - Experience presenting and explaining complex product offerings effectively
