      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Call on dairy producers and their consultants to improve key dairy production practices
      - Diagnose inefficiencies in processes and protocols impacting dairy performance
      - Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to influence decisions and implement solutions
      - Conduct on-farm assessments to evaluate transition cow, genetic, and reproduction practices
      - Deliver training and sales presentations to various stakeholders in the dairy industry

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Undergraduate degree (BS/BA) required
      - Minimum of 5 years of related experience in sales, dairy husbandry, and general dairy management
      - Ability and willingness to travel overnight approximately 50% of the time
      - Proficiency in dairy production software and Microsoft Office applications
      - Valid driver's license and willingness to work on dairy farms

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Master's in animal science, MBA, or equivalent degree
      - DVM or PhD highly regarded
      - Spanish language skills are a plus
      - Experience with Dairy Comp, PC Dart, and BoviSync
