What is Required (Qualifications):
- Experience in hazard insurance, property preservation, REO, or mortgage servicing
- Familiarity with property damage documentation and coverage review
- Strong data entry accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to maintain organized and audit-ready files
- Commitment to accuracy and consistency in documentation
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in reviewing insurance claims or property damage assessments
- Knowledge of relevant insurance policies and regulations
- Proficiency in data management software and tools
