What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collect and analyze COMSATCOM usage data and inventory of capabilities
- Develop forecasts and reports on COMSATCOM usage trends
- Maintain awareness of global and regional trends to identify usage needs
- Create visually appealing reports for USSF leadership and respond to data calls
- Collaborate with various stakeholders to support analytic studies and decision-making
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in data analytics, operations research, economics, engineering, mathematics, and/or statistics
- Secret Clearance required
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office software
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills at the executive level
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree
- Experience supporting USG/USSF/DoD space programs with data analysis
- Familiarity with USG/DoD acquisition processes and analytic rigor standards
- Knowledge of Python and PowerBI
- Ability to support on-site client meetings within the National Capital Region
