What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Create, maintain, and present analysis and reports to management documenting project progress, status, and risks
- Analyze operational data to ensure compliance with contractual service level agreements through various internal and external reports
- Generate maps upon request and assist with Quarterly Business Reviews and ad hoc reporting
- Conduct record research, analyze findings, and provide clear responses to customers
- Track progress, issues, and risks associated with assigned responsibilities and perform additional similar duties as assigned
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Proven ability to build and maintain working relationships with team members, vendors, and other stakeholders
- Experience in operational and project administration, including meeting deadlines and monitoring project progress
- Strong skills in MS Word, Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint, with proficiency in analytical functions
- Bachelor's degree or relevant experience in a similar field or PMO supporting role
- Experience preparing reports for upper management regarding project status
