      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Design, develop, and manage business intelligence solutions for the organization
      - Build and maintain dashboards, generate reports, and prepare data visualizations to guide business decisions
      - Collaborate with stakeholders to collect, structure, and validate data from multiple sources
      - Audit, compile, and reconcile data to ensure accuracy and integrity
      - Automate manual reporting processes and implement efficiencies

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred; equivalent experience considered
      - 3-5 years of data analytics or related experience
      - Strong data visualization skills with Power BI (preferred), Tableau, and Qlik Sense
      - Hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric ecosystem, including OneLake, Lakehouse, Data Warehouse, Notebooks, Pipelines, Dataflows, and Power BI integration
      - Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas, charts, and graphing)

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Insurance industry experience preferred
      - Strong knowledge of data modeling, SQL, and Python for Fabric Notebooks
      - General understanding of AI for personal productivity, including using AI tools for data analysis and report automation
