      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Analyze customer data to identify classification problems and anomalies, primarily using SQL
      - Design, plan, and implement projects and automation tools for internal use
      - Provide near real-time customer support (Data Tier 2-3) and deliver professional, data-related technical responses
      - Collaborate with customers and sales teams to deliver actionable insights and reports
      - Communicate with global customers, providing quick responses and effective resolutions

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Hands-on experience (3+ years) in analyzing large and complex datasets, including data manipulation and statistical analysis
      - Exceptional customer-facing and communication skills
      - Strong analytical mindset and a passion for data-driven decision-making
      - Proficiency in SQL
      - B.A./B.S. in a related field is an advantage
