What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Discover, analyze, and scope data requirements, documenting them for data engineers
- Gather and analyze data on financial planning, budgeting, forecasts, and operational costs
- Create high-level process models to represent various business processes
- Improve data quality according to defined expectations
- Perform system data analysis to identify patterns, exceptions, and erroneous data
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 4+ years of experience in data analysis and data profiling within the CPG or Manufacturing industry
- 3+ years of experience in Financial Planning and Analysis, including Master Data management
- 2+ years of strong Data Profiling experience with the ability to identify trends and anomalies
- Familiarity with SQL; knowledge of Python/Pyspark and SAP data is a plus
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with IBM Planning Analytics tool
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Excellent communication skills to convey complex data insights effectively
