What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Analyze GWPC producer records to identify duplicates, invalid NPN/FEIN numbers, and structural inconsistencies
- Develop and apply pattern-based rules to correct data in batches
- Validate identifiers using national databases and ensure compliance with regulatory standards
- Collaborate with the Guidewire development team, OU representatives, and agency compliance teams
- Document all changes and maintain an audit trail for governance
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in SQL and Excel for data manipulation and reporting
- Experience with data governance and quality frameworks
- Ability to work in complex stakeholder environments
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in data quality or data governance initiatives
- Familiarity with Guidewire systems or similar data management platforms
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with various teams
