What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Design, build, and maintain robust TM1/Planning Analytics models and solutions
- Lead planning and implementation of TM1 applications
- Collaborate with business users to gather and analyze requirements
- Optimize TM1 cubes, rules, feeders, and TurboIntegrator (TI) processes
- Ensure system scalability, performance, and security
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 4+ years' experience in TM1 and Planning Analytics (PAW, PAfE, TM1Web) design and development for medium to large implementations
- 2 to 5 years' experience with SQL and querying on big data systems
- 2 to 5 years' experience in reporting/dashboarding on modern analytical systems like IBM Cognos Analytics, Power BI, or Tableau
- Familiarity with financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes
- Exceptional interpersonal and written communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Retail experience preferred
- Experience with on-call duty and willingness to travel as required
