**What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):**
- Lead product releases for new international data products using MS SQL Server, Snowflake, Python, and Excel
- Perform quality checks on compensation data to ensure accurate and timely product releases
- Collaborate with team members via Zoom to review and quality-check work
- Audit existing and create new company job matches to improve data products
- Research changes in the compensation landscape
**What is Required (Qualifications):**
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Mathematics, Data Analytics, Economics, or related field)
- 0-2 years of experience in a data analyst, BI analyst, or related role
- Solid understanding of descriptive statistics (mean, median, percentiles, weighting)
- Entry-level experience in SQL (MS SQL and Snowflake syntax)
- Proficiency in Excel (sorting, filtering, vlookup/xlookup)
**How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):**
- Familiarity with Python (basic debugging, updating file paths)
- Familiarity with version control tools like Git
- Experience or interest in the compensation industry or HR tech
