What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Design, build, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards for operational insights and financial performance
- Analyze complex datasets and communicate trends and recommendations to stakeholders
- Provide support for Deltek Vantagepoint, including system configuration and user assistance
- Conduct routine data quality audits to ensure accuracy and reliability of data systems
- Identify opportunities for process automation and efficiency improvements in reporting cycles
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Finance, Data Analytics, or equivalent
- 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Data Analyst, or similar role
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, including formulas and data manipulation
- Strong SQL skills for data extraction and analysis
- Expert-level experience with Power BI and data visualization
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Direct experience with Deltek Vantagepoint or similar AEC-industry ERP systems
- Eagerness to learn and expand technical and analytics skills
- Strong communication skills for explaining data concepts to diverse audiences
- Customer service-oriented mindset with a focus on user support
