What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage and implement program data verification processes across multiple programs and clients
- Diagnose and troubleshoot application issues to determine root causes and identify database enhancement opportunities
- Generate weekly, monthly, and ad hoc reports to audit, monitor, and measure performance
- Analyze complex data sets and develop reporting tools in Excel and various e-commerce software systems
- Support program evaluation efforts and identify opportunities for process improvement

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree and previous data-related experience
- Proficient skills with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Microsoft Excel
- Minimum of 2 years of CRM experience, preferably Salesforce, developing reports and importing/exporting data
- Strong analytical background with an ability to interpret complex data
- Interest in sustainability and a passion for making a meaningful impact on the environment

- Experience in energy efficiency programs or related fields
- Familiarity with program evaluation and reporting processes
- Knowledge of data verification and quality control requirements
- Experience managing or mentoring a team
