What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Coordinate and prioritize data collection and analysis efforts with internal and external stakeholders
- Analyze data to provide actionable insights and recommendations for revenue enhancement and passenger experience improvement
- Develop dashboards and reports to visualize operational status against key performance indicators
- Utilize machine learning techniques for predictive analytics and business insights
- Communicate findings through clear visualizations to non-technical stakeholders
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in business, statistics, mathematics, or a related field
- Four years of experience performing quantitative research and analysis, or eight years in lieu of a degree
- Advanced skill level in Microsoft Power BI, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Experience with machine learning techniques for predictive analytics
- Understanding of relational databases and experience with querying languages (e.g., SQL)
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Master's degree in statistics, mathematics, computer science, information technology, or a related field
- Experience performing analysis for a large commercial environment or hub airport
- Familiarity with programming and ML libraries such as Python or R
- Experience in survey design and qualitative research
- Skills in model evaluation and performance metrics
