What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Compile, analyze, and maintain provider network data to support reporting needs related to network adequacy and regulatory compliance
- Conduct in-depth data analysis to develop analytical reports, summarizing key findings and interpreting results
- Perform regular audits and reconciliations of data to ensure integrity and resolve discrepancies
- Collaborate with colleagues to evaluate data quality and recommend corrective actions for data accuracy
- Present reports and data visualizations in a user-friendly format for stakeholders
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School diploma/GED and a minimum of two (2) years of experience in provider network data analysis or healthcare reporting; OR equivalent combination of education/experience
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Must reside within North Carolina
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Associate's degree in Data Analytics, Health Informatics, Business, or a related field
- Experience in data management, statistics, and network analysis
