      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Oversee management and tracking of the employer's data management system
      - Train staff on data entry processes into the AWARDS system
      - Monitor and evaluate data integrity to ensure accurate analytical results
      - Generate and submit reports to funders on a quarterly and annual basis
      - Collaborate with various departments to align processes with HMIS and subsidy requirements

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree in Data/Business Analysis
      - Strong public speaking and training experience
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
      - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
      - Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently as well as collaboratively

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in a data management role within a non-profit organization
      - Familiarity with HMIS or similar data management systems
      - Certification in CPR and First Aid
      - Experience in developing training materials or manuals
      - Strong organizational skills with a focus on meeting deadlines
