      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Conduct data mining, preparation, and reporting for various projects
      - Perform analyses and needs/gaps assessments to identify customer solutions
      - Document and summarize results while developing recommendations for client issues
      - Prepare big data and implement data models, providing database support for client solutions
      - Collaborate as a key member of a data science project team, assisting data scientists and consultants

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Four (4) years of relevant experience in applied research, big data analytics, statistics, or related disciplines, including at least two (2) years in data science research
      - Bachelor's Degree in Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field; Master's degree may substitute for two (2) years of experience, and a PhD may substitute for experience
      - Knowledge of data mining methods, databases, data visualization, and machine learning
      - Strong SQL skills with the ability to identify data issues
      - Excellent verbal and written communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Expertise with Qlik and experience with machine learning, statistical modeling, or geospatial analytics
      - Familiarity with Hadoop, Spark, or other parallel storage/computing processes
      - Experience with analytic techniques such as anomaly detection, clustering, and time-series forecasting
